Regulations on Chief Accountant Certification for Foreigners

Certification standards follow statutory provisions issued by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam under Circular No. 199/2011/TT-BTC:

• Official Chief Accountant Certificate: Eligible for foreign nationals holding recognized international accounting/auditing credentials (CPA, ACCA, CMA) or recognized university degrees in Finance/Accounting conceded by the Ministry of Finance, who complete the course and pass the qualification exam.
• Certificate of Professional Completion: Foreign attendees taking the course for internal operational knowledge or career development will be granted a certified Certificate of Course Completion issued directly by Ly Nguyen Training Center.
